Hmm, what an interesting post. You made me wonder... about the best food I ate in 2008. Although I ate in a lot of fancy restaurants and in different countries of the world, the most memorable top 3 should be 1. lime-risoto in Fish&Wine, Tallinn; 2. Linguine alla Diavola in Controvento, Tallinn and 3. chocolate soufle I made (several times) at home
Thanks Juc, you're right, that's how it is, the fancy stuff is not always memorable, plus now I have a craving for chocolate soufle
